The website for Dr. Susanne Friese processes personal data, as shown in this privacy statement. On this page, you can read what happens to your data.

Use of your personal data

If you leave personal data on the website, we only ask for the most necessary data. Your e-mail address is needed to be able to send you, for example, the newsletter; your first name is used to personalize emails.

Which personal data processes depend on the options you use on the website (for example, the contact form, downloading a free resource, signing up for training) and on the products and services you purchase:

Dr. Susanne Friese processes this data for one or more of the following purposes:

  • to call or email you if this is necessary to provide a service, to give you access to the member site, or to answer questions

  • to inform you about changes to our products and services

  • for marketing purposes, as permitted by law (and each email contains an unsubscribe link)

  • to analyze your behavior on the website and thus optimize the website

  • to tailor the offer to your preferences


Legal and administrative obligations bind Qeludra B.V. and, for example, need specific data for tax purposes.


Website visitors younger than 16 years

Qeludra B.V. does not intend to collect data from website visitors younger than 16 years. However, it is not possible to check the age of visitors. If Qeludra B.V. unintentionally has data about your child, please get in touch with us to have this information removed.


Retention period

The website does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary.

If you unsubscribe from the mailing list, your data will remain max. One month in the system. Website data can be viewed for a maximum of 24 months, but these cannot be traced back to you because this data is stored anonymously.

For the administration, the statutory retention period of 7 years applies.


Sharing Personal Data with Third Parties

The website owner does not sell your data to third parties. 


Cookies and Profiling

A cookie is a small information file stored in your computer, tablet, or smartphone browser when you first visit a website. Qeludra B.V. uses functional, analytical, and marketing cookies.

By combining your data – manually or with the help of cookies – Qeludra can send you more targeted content and better match your interests, prior knowledge, and products you have already purchased.

On your first visit to, you were informed about the cookies that are used, and you have/have not given permission for the placing of marketing cookies. That consent is stored with a cookie so that you do not receive a cookie notification every time you visit.

You can always change or withdraw your consent on the cookie page. 


Functional or technical cookies

Functional (technical) cookies ensure that the website works properly on all devices and browsers. These cookies do not store any personal data. The cookie that stores your cookie consent also falls into this category.


Analytical cookies

Services such as Google Analytics use analytical cookies. For example, Dr. Susanne Friese sees how visitors use the website, what popular pages are, and through which channel people end up on the website.


Marketing of tracking cookies

Marketing cookies, also known as tracking cookies, keep track of your surfing behavior so that we can offer customized content and advertisements.


Social media

The Facebook pixel keeps track of which Facebook visitors visit. Based on this, it is possible, among other things, to create advertisements specifically for the people who have visited a specific page.

Viewing, modifying, or deleting data

If you receive the newsletter, you can always unsubscribe with one click. If you want to change your details or unsubscribe in between, please send an e-mail.

Data for which a statutory retention period applies cannot be deleted.

You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer, request for withdrawal of your consent, or objection to the processing of your personal data to



With up-to-date security measures, the website limits the chance of misuse of your data. Think of the loss of your data (data breach) and unsolicited changes. Only the necessary persons have access to the data. This access is well protected.

The website has an SSL certificate, recognizable by the green lock in the address bar: data you provide is sent via an encrypted connection.


Do you have a complaint?

If you feel your data is not properly secured or there are indications of abuse, don’t hesitate to contact us. This also applies to questions or complaints about the processing of your personal data.

If we cannot work it out together, you have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority based on the privacy legislation.
